Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file and may be required to prepay for future bookings. • If you choose to reschedule after a last-minute cancellation, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment. ⸻ Late Policy • You have a 15-minute grace period. • If you arrive 20 minutes late, a $15 late fee will apply. • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service total. ⸻ Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. It goes toward your service total. • Late cancellations will forfeit the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook

I specialize in creating customized lash sets tailored to each individual’s style, whether you’re coming in for your first full set or your regular fill. I’m especially known for my ability to work patiently and precisely with sensitive or highly particular clients, creating a calm and relaxing experience from start to finish. With a focus on precision, cleanliness, and comfort, I’m committed to helping you leave every appointment feeling refreshed and effortlessly beautiful.

Loretta Slaughter

Hi, I’m Loretta — a beauty business owner, lash industry consultant, and one of the founders of Revenge Studios, a lash studio created with intention, purpose, and a passion for helping others grow. As a lash consultant, I specialize in optimizing the full client journey — from first impressions and booking flow to studio ambiance, personalized service, and long-term retention. I work closely with the artists to elevate not just what clients receive, but how they feel throughout the process. With a background in business management, operations, and brand development, I helped launched Revenge Studios as more than just a service space — but as a space where beauty professionals thrive and clients feel genuinely cared for. My goal is to create a studio that runs with heart and strategy. I believe that when structure supports creativity, everyone wins.
